This section has been created to clear up a few aspects which we receive a lot of emails about.

1. The offer has expired but it is still listed?
Sometimes retailers/manufacturers run out of sample products quickly as they only offer a set number of samples. This can occur fairly rapidly at times, so we occasionally do not take the offer down until we know it has expired. In some cases our visitors notify us of this and we remove the link. Otherwise, we run through the offers every so often to remove expired ones.

2. How can I get I bunch of free samples for our school/club/charity/etc?
The core focus of FSD is to provide you links to free product sample offers to assist retailers/manufacturers/etc with the promotional of their products. We help connect you the consumer with the free product provider, so we don’t hold any stock (freebies) ourselves.

Most sample providers are providing the samples for you to try as an individual, so most limit requests to 1 product. Therefore, obtaining free samples in bulk is not appropriate.

3. Why is this offer not available in my state or country?
Sometimes providers have a set state or country they wish to market too or their product is only available in that country, so choose to only offer to consumers in those areas.

4. Why hasn’t my free sample arrived?
Generally most free samples take 6 – 8 weeks to arrive from most providers. In cases where they still have not arrived in this time, it could be due to over demand of their product so they haven’t been able to fulfill supply. It is worth discussing with the respective provider of the sample if you are really keen to try out their product before to look to purchase it.
