What do you have to do?
1. Post the web site link from which you will be sending us traffic as a comment against this post
2. Your web site will be approved / rejected to be within the competition
3. Make a blog post, link, etc from your web site to http://www.freesamplesdirect.com/blog or promote using other methods which allow us to track that the visitors that came from you
Approved web sites will be ranked in an ongoing tally, so that you can see how you are ranking against the competition 
Traffic I may already be receiving from your web site(s) from previous posts and/or advertisements will be excluded from this competition and averages taken to deduct those numbers from the count of any new traffic you send.
