Whilst I receive the occasionally negative email about a free sample, it amazes me that people take the time to complain about products that are FREE.

So, I thought I’d list a few of the biggest reasons I believe *some* people can never be pleased.
1. Negative by nature – feel the need to complain about any little detail
2. Complain to gain attention
3. It is easier to complain than to offer thanks and appreciation
4. Expect anything and everything to come to them no matter how much free stuff they receive
5. Believe they were born to complain as they know better than everyone else

Why do you think people complain?
