Helping and assisting others is a terrific human trait that not only makes you feel rewarded but also helps those in need.

The Smile Train are an example of a fabulous organisation which have performed over 500,000 surgeries in developing countries to help people smile through improving cleft lip and palate issues.

To appreciate more how great this organisation is SmileTrain have a real world fairly tale documentary available called Smile Pinki which was awarded a 2008 Academy Award. The film focuses on a 6yr old girl and the 45 minutes of surgery that changed her life.
