Free Chang Ponzo Sauce (AUS)

I really enjoy a good Asian meal, especially with some great sauces. I’m a huge fan of the Kikkoman range and have never really looked at any others, though I’ve read a bit about Chang sauces are apparently they are great as well.

Chang are giving away free samples of their Ponzu Sauce. If you are wondering what this sauce is (as I was) here is the ingredients according to research via Google – soy sauce, citrus juice (usually lemon), rice vinegar, bonito flakes, mirin (sweet Japanese cooking wine) and sugar. Yummy!

On their web site Chang recommends this sauce is best for salad dressing, and marinades – especially with fish and chicken dishes.

This is actually making me hungry, time to eat some food! :)
