Every so often I like to refine the site to try and give you what you want.
In order to do so I need your feedback on what you would like to see that maybe another site is offering that we don’t, that we offer but it could be improved, etc.

Listing more of a particular freebie is a bit out of our control as we find what we can that is a quality sample
though we will try to keep the ones you want flowing
I just want to say it is really nice of you to ask what we like to see i admire your reflection on the visitors
In this day with money so tight it’s helpful to be able to try a product out first to see if it will work for my family. With an autistic son with sensory issues and a daughter with lots of allergies I’ve probably trashed more than I’ve kept some years.
This is risk free to my finances. Yeah! Thank you….
Like the free samples and coupons as they both help save money which is what we all are doing during this recession.
Please, please: no offers that require “participation”—-like some other FREEBIE sites post.

when something is gone or expired, it need to be taken off the free list
I agree that if something has expired it should be removed but understand that it could be a lot of work. I love Free Samples Direct. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into providing a great service to those of us who need a helping hand.
What is there to change. We get a daily email with a selection of offers. dude, what more can you do? Its all good now.
Cheryl we have thought about also doing coupons a few times though a few things keep stopping us including 1) there is a fair few fake coupons out there 2) the site is called freeSAMPLESdirect so we might either need to change name or just run with it
A great idea though which we might need to revisit
Anne we do our best to focus on offers that require no participant but the providers usually do need some info in return for the free sample so they can see if you like it, tell you about their other products etc…some of this is the nature of the industry

Orville we do our best to remove offers as they become expired but this is a huge overhead which takes time so as mentioned in the FAQ section sometimes there is delay in ensuring all expired offers are down. Sometimes the offers come down whilst we are asleep which makes it tough to remove before particular visitors see them

I would like to see more food and househould products
your freebies are great and never difficult to follow or do. I can tell that you research them before posting them for us. a big thank you for all your time and hard work.
Lillian – don’t we both! not a lot around for aussies which makes it tough to find good ones. I will keep trying to find them!

Debbie – Thanks we do spend hours and hours sorting through garbage offers to find the best ones to tell you about. Occasionally we get it wrong and some less than perfect offers get through. I don’t request samples myself that I’m not genuinely interested in so I don’t always follow the end to end requesting process for each sample to know if it is completely legitimate and worthwhile. I count on visitors to help stamp out the garbage
As SO MANY others posted, MORE offers would be GREAT! I understand you have little control over the samples you offer, it’s up to the company/manufacturer if they want to give anything away. I really like your emails & site-very clear, easy to read and easy to follow. So, the only thing I would like to be any different would be the amount of offers. Keep up the good work! THANKS!
